Ethics as Code

Our ethical charter

Eleven articles that bind Wolf Agency. Here ethics is not a speech — it is written into the code: verifiable, auditable, enforceable.

The eleven articles

  1. Article 1 Ethics as Code

What we demand of others, we impose on ourselves more harshly. Ethics is not a speech but code: our ethical rules are written into every line of code — verifiable, auditable, enforceable — not the hollow promises of spin doctors. Before we deliver a certification, we make sure that we ourselves carry as few ethical faults as possible, in the way we think, code and judge. Perfection does not exist; the discernment of our teams is permanent.

  2. Article 2 Not here to get rich

We do not build start-ups to make a fortune — we are millions of light-years from that. Our first concern is the people who build the project with us.

  3. Article 3 Horizontal, no managers

Everyone is autonomous; no one shouts over your shoulder. Our only management is the W.O.L.F. and Ethics as Code protocols.

  4. Article 4 Partners, not staff

The word “collaborator” is banished — using it costs a certification penalty. We work only with partners, as equals, very well paid, fairly.

  5. Article 5 Privacy & well-being

The well-being of partners comes before any profit, marketing or business. An emergency — family, health or otherwise — always takes priority; anyone may leave their post at any moment, without justification or authorisation.

  6. Article 6 Profit redistribution

A strict order: 1) partners first — pay and reward the work; 2) reinvestment — into the project and other start-ups; 3) surplus profits into solidarity funds — relief, emergencies, communities. Our processes implement, in the code itself, a virtuous circle of abundance: every project benefits its initiators but also the whole community around it. Because our protocols allow an almost space-time acceleration — productivity maximised, costs minimised — creating wealth becomes easy, so sharing it becomes natural. Generations of automatic profits (digital products, small businesses around the project) feed funds for the most deprived. The client remains king — anyone who wants a personal fortune has every right to it — but our financial processes are virtuous by design. The pyramidal, archaic model, practised without discernment for centuries and grinding down entire generations, will be abolished by our processes. You may keep enjoying your glass of champagne; in the meantime we let humanist utopias come to life in your communities — rather than repeating the same pattern: private jet, champagne, caviar, nightclub, absurdly expensive restaurant. If that is your goal in life, you probably have no place with us.

  7. Article 7 Political neutrality

We banish all political discourse, of every side, from our structure and from our client workflows. Everyone has the right to their opinions and to debate them, but no ideology enters our decisions. All opinions are welcome except the abject ideologies that anyone recognises without being a philosopher. We fight ideological totalitarianism; we want the most democratic debate possible.

  8. Article 8 Ecology without ideology

Ecology is not a political discourse but a concern to be implemented across most layers of our lives, without being heavy or oppressive. Our workflows silently integrate ecology — digital and physical — at every level, without speeches, without imposing anything, without turning it into a totalitarian ideology.

  9. Article 9 Inclusion & fractal scale

We make full room for minorities and their social and cultural richness, respecting their singularity and the free expression of their way of life, within the framework of our democracies. No ideology — simply including everyone fully. Thanks to fractal scalability, our processes change scale at will (micro/macro, automated from the smallest element to the whole), enabling an inclusion that is neutral, discreet, fast and almost individual: everyone finds their place, no one left on the bench. We enter into the detail of a community not to profile or exploit it, but so that each person expresses and lives their singularity.

  10. Article 10 Transparent governance

Transparent governance, transparent salaries (no disparity — notably between men and women — everyone can compare). Everything is written in plain text on a blockchain open to all: ethical charters, governance, workflows, protocols. No clause in small print. The blockchain sets precedent in the event of a dispute. Continuous 24/7 improvement with automatic watchers and scrutineers — industrialised monitoring, verification and vigilance. Principles accessible to everyone.

  11. Article 11 Multi-jurisdiction compliance

Workflows designed to be compliant with international standards, extended continuously country by country. Data: GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD, PIPEDA. Accessibility: WCAG 2.2 AA, EN 301 549, the European Accessibility Act, RGAA, ADA/Section 508. Security and AI: ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27701, SOC 2, the European AI Act, DSA/DMA, ISO/IEC 42001. Standards under active implementation and extension across our certified workflows.
