Ethics as Code
What we demand of others, we impose on ourselves more harshly. Ethics is not a speech but code: our ethical rules are written into every line of code — verifiable, auditable, enforceable — not the hollow promises of spin doctors. Before we deliver a certification, we make sure that we ourselves carry as few ethical faults as possible, in the way we think, code and judge. Perfection does not exist; the discernment of our teams is permanent.
